1. What is the Lowest Price Guarantee?
We want our customers to know that we have the lowest rates in the market. If you've booked a hotel on AmazeTravel.com, and you find a better price online with the exact details (room type, dates, etc.) within 24 hours, we'll refund the difference and we'll give you a €50 coupon for your next reservation.

2. What does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?
To all hotels we offer.

3. How do I take advantage of the Lowest Price Guarantee?
Just click here to find our Refund Form. You have to complete all the necessary information about where you found the lower price.

4. Can I book a hotel by phone?
Yes, reservation agents are available 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time, six days a week at 0030 - 2810 - 229000

5. What are AmazeTravel Top Deals hotels?
They are hotels for which we've negotiated special rates for the dates you've requested. The names of AmazeTravel Top Deals hotels appear against a yellow backdrop on the home page,

6. Is there a cancellation policy for AmazeTravel hotels?
AmazeTravel hotels require that you pay at the time of booking. Every hotel has its own cancellation policy. Charges will apply usually if there is any cancellation within 72 hours (three days) prior to check-in, For cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in, most reservations are subject to a fee equal to the first night's room charge. For cancellations made after check-in, most reservations are non-refundable.

7. Is it easy to cancel my reservation?

8. How can I change my reservation?
In case you want to simply change your reservation please do not hesitate to contact with our reservation department.

9. Is it possible to book a hotel for another guest?
You are able to book a hotel for another guest by providing his/hers details during you are completing the booking steps. The only information you have to provide is the first and last name of the guest, an address and a telephone number

10. How do you ensure all payments made are secure on your website?
We ensure that our site is a secure environment for payments. Our systems are protected by Digital Signatures for authentication and integrity, Certification Authority that uniquely identifies the merchant, Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure privacy and authentication, and firewalls that act as shields to our computer networks from attack by viruses and hackers.

11. When do you make the charge to my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time of booking (a full payment) for hotels that are not appeared to be "on request".

12. Do I get an invoice for my booking?
Yes, you will receive an invoice the next few days from the day you made the booking. This is the final step for the validity of the booking.
