Extension of vacation

• If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay in the property, we cannot guarantee it under the same conditions (same room, or in the same property).
• If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, before his arrival to the hotel, he must communicate in time with the responsible department of AmazeTravel.com.

Changes

• In order to change the dates of his stay, our client must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of department of AmazeTravel.com.
• In case where our client wishes to shorten the duration of his stay, there will be no reimbursement of money from AmazeTravel.com after his arrival at the property. In any other case, he will have to communicate in time with the responsible department of AmazeTravel.com.

Cancellation of reservation

• Our client maintains the right to cancel his reservation at any time, in respect of the Cancellation Terms we sent him with the confirmation of each reservation.
• The reimbursement of the money by our company to our client will be made to his credit card (the transfer expenses will be charged to our client).
